When you enter a name or case number in a search tool on this site, the query is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep or log the search terms you submit.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, we retain the message so that we can respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Court-Record Data on File
This site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case-record information. It provides general guidance on where Furnas County court records are held and how to seek them from the Furnas County Court, the Clerk of District Court, or Nebraska's official JUSTICE case-information services. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or records about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
The search tools on this site are operated by outside companies. Information entered in a tool is handled under that partner's privacy policy rather than this policy. Those providers decide their own retention and sharing practices, which we do not control. Review a partner's policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Our pages may link to clerk offices, trial-court resources, statewide case-information services, legal-aid organizations, and third-party search tools. A link takes you to another website, where that website's privacy policy applies. Review that policy before providing personal information.
Some advertising partners may track activity across websites to provide interest-based advertising. That activity occurs on their systems, not ours.

Nebraska's Public Records Act, including Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712 through 84-712.03 and the exemptions in § 84-712.05, addresses access to public records held by government custodians. Nebraska Court Rules §§ 1-803 through 1-810 and § 2-215 separately govern access to court-held records. Those public-record and court-access rules do not govern visitor data on this privately operated site.
